Welcome back to the Nuffield for a terrific spring/summer season!

Our own productions include the UK premiere of Douglas Post’s new thriller BLOODSHOT, performed by Simon Slater, the magical tale of ALICE IN WONDERLAND, in a spectacular Easter treat for young and old, and Shakespeare’s epic tale of a tempestuous love affair ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA.

Alongside our own productions, we are thrilled to present some of the world’s most exciting companies. Highlights include:

• The welcome return of Out of Joint with Sebastian Barry’s haunting new play ANDERSEN’S ENGLISH
• The first visit to Southampton by the wonderfully theatrical Kneehigh with their delightfully gorey HANSEL AND GRETEL
• Jazz greats and barrack room humour in SPIKE MILLIGAN’S ADOLF HITLER: MY PART IN HIS DOWNFALL
• Northern Broadsides - who packed houses here in 2006 with The Man with Two Gaffers - with their new adaptation of THE CANTERBURY TALES
• Impossible circus theatre from the Finnish underground in PETIT MAL
