Buy

based on the book by Dick King-Smith

Dates

27 – 31 March

One moonlit night on Outoverdown Farm, just before the outbreak of WWII, a baby is found with a  note pinned to its shawl — PLEASE SAVE THIS LAMB. As John Joseph grows up, the mystery of his birth is not the only thing that marks him out as special. He has an amazing way with animals — when he gets a job as a crowstarver he even loves the crows he must scare away from the newly sown corn. But life can be tough and danger is only ever a whisker away...

Packed with action, wonderful puppetry and beautiful live music, a thrilling and heart-warming production that will delight and move audiences of all ages.

“This truly is faultless theatre — moving and highly original. Don’t miss it.”
