FAQ’s
When can I book my tickets?
As soon as you decide what you want to see contact the Box Office. You can pay for the tickets then and collect them on the night.
When do I get my tickets?
You can collect them at any time after you’ve booked them or on the night of the performance.
How many tickets can I book?
Up to two per booking. You will need to show your membership card and your guest will need to show proof of age. PLEASE NOTE THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE USED BY ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 OR UNDER THE AGE OF 15 - we will require proof of age from all customers when tickets are collected on the door, and anyone who can't provide this will not be given a free ticket.
Am I limited as to what dates I can see a production?
No, you can come along on any date. You cannot get your special discounts for hires or comedy.
Can I sit where I like?
You can sit in any seat you like as long as it hasn’t already been sold, apart from Row L in the Main House. Studio shows have unreserved seating so you can sit where you like when you arrive.
What if I go with an older friend/parent? Will we be able to sit together?
As long as you book at the same time we can make sure you’re sitting together, subject to availability.
Why are tickets cheaper for young people between 15 and 25?
This initiative is targeting this particular age group to encourage independent theatre-going, in order to reach new audiences and develop a new generation of theatre goers.
Will I need identification?
You will need to show proof of age when collecting your tickets.
What ID is acceptable?
A valid passport, driver’s licence, birth certificate, 16 – 25 Young Person’s Railcard, or a PASS-approved card.
Is there a lower age limit?
Yes, this scheme is for all those aged 15 to 25 years of age.
How do I find out the latest information about this scheme?
Fill in the application form and we’ll keep in touch monthly by email.
